What good is this device, if you cannot purchase replacement needles?

You can purchase replacement cartridges at the Sergand store here on Amazon. Just go to the very top of this page on the left hand corner and it says “visit Sergand Store” and click. You’ll find them under “cartridges” or replacement cartridges. I just checked and they have all but the Nano in stock right now.

Does it help with Smokers lines

It does help smoker lines. Apply a good serum for micro needling followed by a Collagen Mask. Collagen is actually what needs to be rejuvenated to smooth out those pesky lines. You will see a noticeable difference after multiple uses. This is not a magic wand.

What all this different needles use for? My concern is for wrinkles treatment, under the eyes. Based on my researching, all answers are different...

The nano cartridges are for helping products absorb and you can do that weekly or perhaps more often. If you're mostly interested in doing the area around the eyes my research suggests shallow depth of 0.25mm and any of them would work fine for that. I don't think it's going to make a huge difference in the outcome. For my first time I used the 16 needle cartridge at 0.5mm for my entire face and 0.25 around my eyes and was at first beet red like I had a sunburn but by the time I woke up the next morning it was barely noticeable and two days later I couldn't see any redness at all.
