Easy installation
These are great and really good value for money. Ordered 3 smoke alarms and 1 heat alarm, so easy to set up. Would recommend reinforcing the sticky pads with extra adhesive or screwing them to the roof though, ours fell down in the night lol! Great purchase

Excellent service and follow up
This product was easy to fit, delivered timeously and worked well, compliant with legislation and very reasonable priced. I purchased in 2022. A unit developed a battery fault in 2024. I emailed suppliers, same day response and they replaced faulty unit within a few days. I can’t think of a time when I have had better service or support.

Easy to fit
Already linked so easy to set them up. Used the sticky pads to fix to the ceilings and only took a few minutes to get all three up and working. Neat design so not obtrusive in the rooms we placed them in. Good way of becoming compliant with the new legislation without spending a fortune.

Works well
I bought this in Nov 23. Installed & tested successfully. It then stopped working during a Test in Aug 2024 - later found out that you need to press the test button and release it quickly - Don't hold it down like other makes. My only 'complaint' would be that their Instructions are not as Good/Clear in the leaflet, which could have avoided this investigation and call to their support line. Support line was great - didn't have to wait, and the person was knowledgeable.

Bloody loud and annoying
They are small and discrete, but I’m certain when they all bleep in unison it is loud enough to make your ears bleed. Good value, and i hope we never need to use them.
