So, I don't think my review will pertain to everyone. With sizing, I was happy they added the extra latches so this one could fit. The only thing that bothers me is I had to purchase a large in this one when my other one is a medium (my last one didn't support as well as I wanted for torso, kinda just lower abdomin) and day one was phenomenal, it was comfy to wear to work all day for ten hours and to breathe. But the second day, I recieved this horrible horrible rash and my sensitive skin is paying for it. All across my stomach and lower back. With those two things, I don't think it makes this product bad, I bought some skims to wear under so for me this waist trainer won't have direct contact and I'm hoping that helps. Never had this happen with any of my wraps before. But other than that, I love the cinch, the feel, the look, and the posture positioning. Still can bend when needed but had great support. Overall a good product just gave me a hardtime personally. Update: even with wearing tank tops, skims anything to not have direct contact this particular wait trainer gives me rashes. Unbearable after only one day, not everyone will have this experience but anyone with sensitive skin should be aware. I've had many waist trainers and this is the first one to ever give me skin issues.

I thought there was supposed to be some type of thermal heat in the belly area from the description. I was curious to see what it was about; I didn't experience anything. I do like this belt because it gives me a waist line. I didn't see the extender until a few days later. The 4 star is because I didn't understand what that heated area near belly is all about.
