Super Easy to use and works out of the box
I bought these hearing aids for my husband. I just took them out of the box and he is very happy and can hear very well. The fact that the right aid is red and the blue for left makes it very easy for him because he is visually impaired. Love them! Highly recommend.

Best affordable devices I've tried. I'm Keeping these.
seems to be the best affordable hearing assistance device I've tried. Recommended, The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that there is virtually no "Bass" sound that is amplified. For me, that is ideal as my hearing loss is in the higher frequencies, which these boost nicely. I can now watch TV with the volume down by 50%. Everyone else appreciates that!

Works well for the price
Not “professional” quality, but a good value for the price. Helps me hear the TV and normal conversation. We’ll worth it for minor hearing issues. Comfortable and discreet.

Barely a back up
This product is difficult to use. You have to take them out of your ear to adjust the volume with a tiny screwdriver. Most of the time there is a terrible level of feedback noise. I will probably try and get my money back. There is no noise cancellation. If you ever had real hearing aids you will nt be happy.

Purely an amplifier. No apparent noise reduction as stated.
I purchased these for my father who has hearing loss from working with loud machinery. He's had expensive hearing aids and lost expensive hearing aids. He thought he'd try these given the price and features. If all you need is an amplifier, these seem made well and do the job. They are easy to adjust but do not offer noise reduction as implied which is really important to him. He tried the different ear pieces but they all caused discomfort. It was also difficult to pull them out with his large fingers once they were placed in his ears. That however is going to be an extremely subjective thing and will likely be fine for others. We ended up returning them. Everyone has different comfort levels and expectations so I do think they are worth trying and will be sufficient for many.

This Was the Seventh Try
To explain - these were the seventh set of hearing amplifiers I have tried this year. I thought (actually hoped) they, being an in the ear variety, would be better at eliminating many of the problems with the conventional over the ear variety. They seemed to work well in a controlled environment such as in a quite room with only conversation with one other person or watching TV. But the minute you go outside, with any wind, you're overwhelmed with that background noise. This is true also in the car with the A/C on or even sitting at computers with the fans running. For the small time I tried them I would have to remove them when I left the house, keep them out in the car, and then insert them when going into my stop. The reverse was also necessary when going back home.I did like that you control the volume with a small screwdriver, rather than multiple pushes of a button(s), but that is the only control. They don't have any program selections (quite, outside, tinnitus, etc.) that many other similar products have, and apparently there is no function that will block out background noise.Granted these don't cost thousands, but they are missing the features of many of the competitors getting half, and less then the $125 they cost. If you are person "trapped" at home because of physical problems they may be a relatively cheap way to amplify your hearing.

Great product and customer service!
Works great! I can hear better now! These hearing aids are small and very comfortable. I like that they are rechargeable. When I lost my charging cord, customer service replaced it promptly for me so I could continue to use my hearing aids!!

Works as advertised.
The amplification is as I expected. The sound is startling at first. Wearing them takes a little getting used to, but no more than wearing in ear headphones.
