Initiall happy. After three days disappointed. The lights no longer work. I submitted this with a one star rating twice, and they tell me there is an error in my submitting. Thought it might be technically programmed to decline low star ratings, so I gave it all 5 star ratings to see if it would go through. How can I resolve this?

I love these, and use them over a large window with a custom white wooden shade, so they become a finishing "valence" of sorts. They fit perfectly and are a fraction of the price Plow and Hearth sells the exact same thing for. The light they throw is bright and pretty, with lots of lights to sparkle. I leave mine on 24 hours a day, and only change batteries about once every three and a half weeks, because they become dimmer as the batteries power changes over time, but this is expected, and you can wait a month. They bend easily to arrange and look great. ( I think so) Very affordable and I may buy a few more just for the sparkle since I hate curtains and drapes, but I love sparkle.

This Garland Was definitely pre used. It’s been re-wrapped in brown tape, there’s chunks of human hair wrapped up in the tape and all over the leaves. There’s chunks of missing branches and the string lights cords are cut poking out in random spots.

This is a charming edition to my home. Every year when I take down the Christmas tree with its beautiful white lights, I really miss that soft cozy feeling. This was just what I was looking for to create a soft glow. Really nice that it has a timer that runs for 8 hours and then shuts off.

I was hoping these would be a little brighter. It's kind of hard to even notice them on my mantel in a somewhat dark front room. I wouldn't buy these again. I do like the fact that they are batter operated because who wants cords hanging around everwhere.
