I purchased this case in October of 2017 to house my new (at the time) iPad Pro. Previous iPads had different cases, but I really wanted a protective case that had a space for my pen. This seemed like a solid, modestly priced case, so I gave it a go. 15 months later, I am still pleased. My iPad is my go to machine while I am traveling, at client meetings, and just browsing or reading. It gets a few hours of use each day, and is tucked into a purse, briefcase or car seat pocket on a regular basis. I also have an Apple keyboard that I use occasionally; the iPad must be removed from this case to use that keyboard.After 15months of pretty steady use, the edges of the black coloring on the case are beginning to show a tiny bit of wear, but the main body of the case still looks great. It can be easily cleaned with a bit of water and mild soap if needed, and then it looks like new. The iPad has been protected, and looks like new under the case framework. The elastic for the pen has held up as well; the pen has never slipped out of the holder.The case allows a few different viewing angles, great for showing a client a presentation or for perching at my desk. It's easy to set it up for viewing, and to re-fold for storage and charging. It even has a little compartment where I slip a business card or note for safekeeping.For less than 20$, the case is a great value. I would replace the case with the same style if and when I need a new one.

I have had this case for almost a year now, so I thought I'd write a review.The good: this case will protect your iPad. It makes your iPad into a tiny little book that is much more sturdy than just the device alone. The design ensures that all of the corners are protected. All of the buttons are accessible and all of the cameras are usable. The magnetic cover works perfectly to power on and off the screen and also gives it a very nice feeling. People can't believe what I paid for the case, because it's very well-crafted and professional-looking. The stitching is nicely done and the material is sturdy. In the last year (of pretty heavy use), it hasn't discolored or stretched--it still looks brand new.The mediocre: the elastic band for the pencil is a little flimsy. It works, but mine has become a little looser with time. Sometimes I open my backpack and the pencil is roaming free. I wish there was a little more protection for the pencil, but it's not a dealbreaker.Overall: I would highly recommend this case. I am a student and I use my iPad all the time. The case is the right price, works great, and feels great to use.

Solid construction and seems to be holding up well so far. I'd previously bought a Fintie folio case which disintegrated a little over a year later and by the end, was held together by mostly Gaffer tape.This pro-case immediately felt much more sturdy out of the box and seems to fit the ipad better. It's slightly heavier and a little more bulky than the fintie, but not so much that it feels "big" unless you'd compare the two side by side. The few millimeters difference is well worth the quality upgrade.The ribs on the front cover make it easy to set this up on a desk in landscape view and tilt to your desired angle making it an attractive companion to a home office setup. The front cover fully folds back making it easy to hold your ipad as normal. There isn't an obvious way to get it to stand upright in portrait mode, but I personally never do that anyway.I've fallen asleep with my ipad in this case multiple times and have never had an issue when my ipad inevitably falls off the bed. The corners are well protected and so far I haven't had any screen cracks (fingers crossed that luck holds out).My only complaints are that I wish the color inside the case was either black or grey. The tan color is a bit of an eye-sore, but that is just my personal preference.The other issue is that while there are cutouts along the edges to help facilitate various swiping gestures, they don't expose the edges of the screen enough to make it easy to get on the first try. For example, to access the control center, you need to swipe down from the upper right hand corner of the screen , but because the swiping motion needs to start from offscreen, it can be a challenge getting the movement correct with the case partially in the way. The case is kind of like a pocket, so while the edges are more protected than they would be a plastic shell that you snap the ipad into (like most phone cases), it would leave the corners and screen more susceptible to damage in the event of a fall. I'd personally rather deal with the minor annoyance of having to attempt a swiping motion a few times before getting it right than risk a broken ipad with a less secure design. This was also an issue with the Fintie case which had deeper cutouts making it structurally sound while gaining no ease of use.If you're like me and want a simple minimal case that protects your ipad, can sit in landscape mode on a table or desk, is easy to hold, and has an understated/classy look, I'd recommend this case.

I've been using this case for about 3 weeks now. It fits perfectly, and unlike my last case, I can use the camera without removing the case. The case protects around the edges, but I have no trouble swiping up and down or across--the screen is not blocked on the edge like some people reported in reviews. The only thing it does not do is turn off automatically when I shut the case, even though that was in the product description. But the stand works great so far, the ipad does not slip out of the groove. Overall, I am very happy with this case.

Diese Hülle ist sehr stabil und schützt mein IPad Pro 10.5 Zoll sehr gut. Eine vergleichbare Hülle nutze ich seit über drei Jahren für mein IPad der 5. Generation in 9.7 Zoll. Obwohl auch die Hülle aus Kunstleder ist, sieht sie immer noch aus wie neu, was sehr für die Qualität spricht. Ich würde diese Hülle jederzeit wieder kaufen.

This is a great case for my new I pad air, I love it!

I bought this iPad Pro case before receiving my new iPad, and I'm quite impressed with the fit and finish of it. At this point I can only guess how durable it will be, but it is very handsome and my new iPad Pro fits perfectly and securely.It has detentes on the inside of the cover, so when propping the iPad up for horizontal viewing, it works well and is very secure. The material is a synthetic leather, and looks durable. The material is a bit rough, like rubberized leather, and doesn't slip around on slippery surfaces. It comes with a loop containing a pen with soft tip for using on the iPad, but would be perfect for an Apple Pencil.Overall, it seems to be an excellent case and if it remains durable is an excellent value at only $20.00 CDN, about half the cost of competing covers. It arrived promptly, well packaged, in perfect condition.
