Hello, This model does not include a cell phone pouch. However, it does include a cup holder and large storage pouch. This chair does not have wooden arms. Hope that helps!

Q: I know it doesn’t recline all the way but is it adjustable at all?

If you lift the handle, there are ( I believe) three settings to recline. 1) sits up straight 2) mid way recline 3) slightly lower than mid way. The backpack strap do adjust to make tighter and looser. I hope this helped.
