The rack actually arrived 2 days earlier than advertised. Very easy to install and pretty sturdy. Have not tried to putting on 4 pairs of ski yet but should be OK. It does produce some wind noise when driving at 80mph but it is expected (no high pitch noise). This is an aftermarket rack designed to fit many cars so the bar is hollow for the bracket, hence the wind noise.

Product seemed sturdy enough, and the brackets seemed to hold on tightly, but the front bar was at least 4 inches to long for my 2021 GLC 350.

I had to assemble them multiple times before getting it right, but then they were great and sturdy. The instructions are comically small and incomplete. We used these to attach a soft cargo bag to the roof of a GLC 300 and they worked perfectly. Drove from TX to FL and back and removed to find no damage at all. Good product, would give 5 stars if I didn’t have to struggle with the bad instructions. The plastic covers on the ends feel kind of flimsy, but the bars themselves are very solid and metal. I could shake the car with them. There was some whistling wind noise when there was no cargo bag, but nice and quiet once the bag was also on it. Easy to take off once you know how.

One of these racks were cracked dont know which one. But racks look good on a car.

Very easy to use and install. Works great for my kayaks.

Plastic cheap material, doesn't fit on Mercedes GLC roof rack.Very sharp noise when drive on highway, the sharp noise drove me crazy on the road and almost got car accident!Totally junks!
