I have zero hair on my head, I’m 6’ 230 lbs with a large head and swim 1500m 5-6 days a week. This cap is thick, tight but not uncomfortable and won’t slip until around 1k meters if you’re doing aggressive turns. It doesn’t wrinkle and flutter when I push off of the wall like looser caps do. It’s probably not good if you have long hair and want your ears covered. Very short to shaved hair can get it down over ears. It’s warm too. Best way to get it on is palms together inside. It has to be dry or it’s almost impossible to get on. I’ve purchased most of the caps on the market, and this is the one I’m stopping my search for. I’ve got three in my bag now lol I don’t touch any of the others

This is my second Arena cap. Wanted one that would remain covering my ears. Called Arena. They suggested this and they hit the mark. Doesn’t ride up. Hugs tight. Easy to put on. Flip turn velocity and pressure has no effect on it. More colors please.

Royal color is more purple than blue like the image shows. Extremely comfortable cap compared to other silicone/latex caps, it is a little more shiny than I'd like, but it's a cap and it works as it should.

Very tight, my head is smaller than avarage but this is even so small for me. It's very uncomfortable. Don't buy it

A touca é mais espessa que as normais vendidas no mercado e tem mais qualidade. O silicone é suave e macio. Enruga um pouco na parte superior, ao contrário do anúncio. A touca é maior que o normal e fica sobrando.

Una gorra muy pro para nadar, aprieta un poco (no sé si es porque es nueva) pero funciona muy bien y cumple muy bien con su propósito
