I was super surpised by these, I was expecting there to be a lot of pieces, there are not!! These are unsalted which I really appreciate. They smell & Taste great! Just like walnuts!! They are super super fresh! They are an excellent source of ALA Omega-3! Grown and packed in the USA. 4g Plant Based Protein per serving which is super! These are so worth the money!!

These are good enough walnuts, but there are other brands just as good for a lower price. Taste good, and if you're willing to pay the price, can recommend.
