Perfect for Lemon olive oil cake

I used this lemon olive oil to prepare green beans and shallots. If I added lemon juice, I thought they’d turn the green beans brown.

This is one of the best olive oils I have tried! I bought the lemon and the fragrance was intoxicating! The taste was full-bodied and floral. I topped burrata, heirloom tomatoes, and basil with this beautiful olive oil and and a drizzle of balsamic honey vinegar reduction! Amazing! It's on permanent rotation in my kitchen!
