My son is still learning the concept of putting the spoon/fork in his mouth and instead takes the food off of it with his fingers and eats it like that lol. But here and there, he gets it right!! The silicone is nice and soft, won't hurt his mouth or gums. I like the stopper too so he doesn't shove the whole thing in his mouth because he does get overly excited while eating. The handles are also good for him to hold onto.Update (2 1/2 months later): still like these utensils for my son but now that he's trying to use the fork to get food by himself instead of me doing it for him, it's not easy to stab the food as the fork is too thick and rounded. Even for me, I try to stab the food with it when I'm helping him but it doesn't stay on the fork very well. Gonna have to get some different ones for him.

My baby loved to grab these to eat. I would preload the spoon and he would self feed!. The material of the utensils also made it a great teether! He liked to chew either end. Would recommend to all moms :)

Perfect for my 10 month old grandson! Easy to hold and soft, don’t have to worry about him pushing them to far in his mouth.

They were great for the time they were needed. Fork is semi pointless but cute!

Easy to grip for my 6 month old baby. He is learning how to use a spoon for his puree foods and I believe he'll be able to feed himself soon using these easy grip handles!

The spoon works okay but the tongs on the fork are too flexible that it doesn't even poke into avocado. The handles are nice and chubby and easy to hold but unfortunately they are not useful. Ends up being a teether.
