The machine does provide a great workout but I have to level it with wooded blocks to keep it from wobbling. The machining was poorly done (like someone just eyeballed it and drilled holes). Without leveling the legs are a few inches off and wobbles like a drunken person that had polio.

It's solid and, if the exercise is done slowly and correctly, it provides a great ab workout.

Easy to put together and using every day! Can really feel the workout. No back issues at all. Love it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The machine I got was completely different then the one in the picture. Very wobbly, no weights, seemed like a cheap generic brand (it has not logos stamped on it either.) Not sure what can be done at this point because I doubt I can take it apart to put it in the box to send back. Ridiculous and waste of money. Save your time

I use this every night as a part of my work out. I have 3 different machines one for cardio workout , and one for my legs and this one for my abs . I haven't paid for a gym membership for 6 years and I'm getting my money's worth out of all three.

I've had two back operations, and cannot do sit ups. The Abcoaster is exactly what I needed. I use it every morning, and I seeing the results. Awesome machine!

Gimmick, I would absolutely return this, but would never be able to get it apart and shipped. Inferior to other machines, anyone tempted should keep looking. I found a far superior one that actually works my abs.

This is the best thing since sliced bread. It is so easy to use. There is no pressure or strain on my lower back and that was key for me. The tremendous stretch that I feel in my lower abs, and the toning that I know is taking place in my quads and glutes is amazing. I know this because of the sensation that’s brimming through those areas. I’m so glad I made this decision.
