Works great for the money
To sight in a bow can be a daunting task for novices like me. This is mostly since you have to yet develop consistency. That’s not to say experienced archers won’t benefit from it. It’s essentially a replacement for the arrow tip to project a red dot where the arrow is aiming. You simply have to overlay the projected red dot with the respective dot in the sight by adjusting the latter. The overlay is in the drawn position. At 20 yard (or meter), ballistics is minimal for a high power bow and adjustment for ballistics minimal (sight to aim slightly higher than the projected dot.Of course, there is no consideration of ballistics but it sure helps me to get close. That’s especially true for left/right alignment of the sight. It also nicely helps to understand the importance of correct form, or at least the variability from improper form. The usage is easy. Simply replace the tip of an arrow with this laser. It turns on as soon as the three batteries are installed. Btw., the picture shows 4 batteries but in reality 6 are included. (2 sets). As the red laser turns on immediately and stays on until batteries are removed (or drained) it’s a bit of an eye safety issue, but mostly an inconvenience to not being able to turn it off with the batteries installed. You wouldn’t shoot the arrow with the laser installed since it’s an alignment aide only—unlike actual laser sights. So you end up disassembling the device with the batteries separately. Good luck keeping everything together. Make sure to properly adjust draw force, draw length, nock point and arrow rest first.

Laser Bore Sighter
Arrived early, I haven't tried the bore sighter out but did put batteries in and they worked fine. I'm only giving 3 stars as I need to see the crossbow in low light and can't see the laser during sunlight. I will adjust the star ratings then. I give the rating 5 stars as I was able to sight in my crossbow with no problem at all.

Buy extra batteries. The ones that come with did not last one adjust ment.
Seems it would work well if it had a good set of batteries. We will see.So after one use and one adjustment it died. Not impressed

A good tool to have.
It's a simple laser that is easy to assemble & use. Just put in the end of an arrow or bolt to set/adjust your sights or just check your point of aim. Just don't shoot it off! Lol

It works
For what it is it works. Laser is on the dimmer side and hard to see in bright light at 20 yards. Still need to dial in for placement due to the bolts having weight and laser light doesn’t.
