This order is my 2nd reorder. These are well made wooden frames - I bought the 8.5x11 so I can print full-page certificates for sponsors that look great and are greatly appreciated. The manufacturer's package is placed inside an Amazon package. The original box is labeled fragile - the Amazon box had no such labels. However, the inner box was so well packaged and each frame individually bubble-wrapped as well as the inner lining. No frames or glass were impacted by shipping. These are well priced and good value.

Please ignore the negative reviews, for these are outstanding quality, and they make my police awards looks very Professional.Also, my package arrived and the glass was cracked on one frame. The seller immediately replaced the frame. I am so very happy with these, and I am ordering more very soon.My co worker saw these in my office and asked me where did I buy them, and nowhe is buying these also. I would give ten stars if allowed.

The frames are nice, and the price is right. I like that the hangers are mounted to the frame, not to the cardboard backing. I ordered the 6-pack but one came with the glass broken. Amazon gave me 1/6th credit back to my account to cover it. Luckily I only needed 5 right away.

Best on the market but put card stock or a sheet of paper before the cert cause it will leave a mark on it.

One of these in the pack came with broken glass. I don’t want to return them because I need the rest. Can I just get some kind of partial refund?

Perfect! The backing is uniquely different that fits in a slot. It's a new concept, but very effective. Just watch how you remove the backing and put it back in the same way. After doing it a few times; it was a piece of cake. The frame is very sturdy and they look impressive.

I have a large supply of these with pictures on our work walls. They hold up well, look good and come well packaged. They are good for our application.
