Bought this so that I could see if it was comparable to any GoPro. The camera is not hard to navigate. Common sense is all you need and you'll be flying through the menu like nothing. I used this camera with a Feiyu set up for zip lining and it was pretty steady. Footage was good and very stable. I only recorded the video in 1080 because I didn't have the class 3 card to record in 2k or 4k. The footage came out pretty nasty the first time when importing the video. But I think it was my fault because it took too long to render before I start messing with the video. Video was bad. I reimported the video again this time letting the software do its thing and the footage came out better than I thought. Biggest thing that needs to be tweaked are the colors. Colors seem very saturated and can cause colors to bleed in to other colors. Example. Green. I recorded green scenery due to zip lining and so my bright yellow shoes and all green seem to be a tiny hint of green. I was able to correct it with color grading but it does have to be tweaked. Is it better than GoPro? No it's not but it's features are great compared to what GoPro doesn't do. Yes you have to tweak it to get it where you want it. But then again you still have to tweak a GoPro also so if you know enough about having to adjust colors and speed ramping and all that then it's no different in technique to make footage look good. If you're just recording and sharing and don't want to deal with color adjustments then this isn't for you. Pay the price for a GoPro so you don't have to complain about why GoPro is better. Yes it is but this is just as good . It's cheap. Break it get another.I will be shooting again this next week so I'll adjust and tweak colors to see how it does. Updates will be coming soon.Peace...

I wanted a waterproof sport camera that could be easily mounted onto my helmet for an upcoming mountain bike trip, also any other future trips that might include water sports. This camera surprised me by how small it is - which is excellent for mounting, since you don't want something heavy on a harness or helmet mount. It weighs just 60g! I found this camera extremely easy to use. This falls into the same category as a GoPro, but it's not trying to steal that place - just offering a high quality alternative, with a mountable, waterproof camera, at an absolute fraction of the price. That being said, it can be used with any of the GoPro accessories so there is already a massive market in place should you want to buy extra mounts and so on. Whether you're experienced or not, this is an incredibly simple camera to use. I demonstrated it to my mum, who is a bit useless with technology, and she found it perfectly simple to use too - so great for beginners. It has a 16MP camera and offers decent video quality - it's not as clear and crisp as a GoPro for example, but at a third of the price I think that's to be expected. Sound quality is also excellent and I'm very happy with that. One thing I was not expected is it does NOT include a microSD card, I guess it is standard for any other sports cameras as well. For me this is not a bid deal, but if you decided to buy it, make sure you also have a microSD ready. Overall, this is a great camera with lots of accessories and one EXTRA battery. I will buy it again.

Would have rated this higher but the manual is very limited. Lacking in complete instructions as to how many of the functions work and/or what they are used for. As a first time action camera user it took a long time to figure out how to set the camera up. Also, after charging the batter for the first time the unit became very hot and would not power on. After a few minutes it would power on but not power off! I let it cool for about a half hour and it seems to be working fine. Would recommend charging the batteries in an external charger not directly in the camera. A better written and more concise manual would have earned this product another star.

I have only tested the camera a couple of times and so far the results are very promising and exceed my expectations. I would go so far as to say excellent. The camera and accessories appear to be of first class build quality, function well without being complicated to use and produce very good results. What more can I ask!If you want a great quality camera with ultra HD 4K recording facility and wifi that won't break the bank then this is for you. At the price you can risk using it in conditions and under circumstances that you may well be reluctant to do with an item costing much more. Some cameras are more that 5 times the cost of this one! If I get 2 or 3 annual holidays and several weekend excursions out of this then it's more than paid for itself,and I can always upgrade to a newer model then.

Very surprised with the budget camera performance! I own a GoPro Hero 4 black edition. But this one is very nice considering the price and overall performance. In regards of the image and video quality, not bad at all. I will upload a testing video for the full HD so that you can judge better the quality captured along with a quick look at the camera and accessories.In terms of size its very similar to the Go Pro size, even lighter than gopro with a LED screen.The only one thing I notice is that the white balance of the camera is really aggressive which once again its not bad, but we need to get used to it as out of the box with a sunny day our photos will get really white (Burned) - But this issue is easily fixed by changing the exposure compensation of the camera and the wide angle is a very personal choice. Overall,Its a very nice budget option!

This Camera is a great value. Every thing works as described in the supplied manual. My only problem is that I cannot get the WIFI connection to work. I talked with an Amazon tech support person. He said the problem is with the Google Sport Look APP. I am not sure how to address this issue.
