Used this for the first time last night, and it worked like a charm. I heated it for 90 seconds, rotating every 30 seconds as directed, and it heated up evenly and held the heat in. I put a disposable plastic shower cap on first over my deep conditioner, then I put his on over that. I left it on for 20 minutes, and it held the heat for the full time I wore it. My only caveat is that it runs small. I am a small person with a small head, and it was tight on me. I don't know if they come in sizes or not. It was really easy to use, I didn't have to mess with one of those bonnet dryers, which look like a lot of trouble. I am happy with my choice of product.

This works well. I find I need to heat it longer to get it warm enough. But that's a minor issue. It works and makes the conditioning more effective. And the warmth feels good.

Works great and comfortable!

It's ugly, but we don't have to wear it for long, just enough to provide a little heat for our treatments. It's okay. It gets the job done, and I don't feel the need to buy another one until this one stops working. I haven't used it often, this is about the third time. I heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds, flip it over, heat it for another 30 seconds. Put it on, wasn't too hot or too cool. Then when it started to cool off at around 10 minutes I put it back in the microwave again for another 30 seconds to warm it back up again. I did a 15 minute treatment and that's how I got it done. Works fine, my hair is nice and soft right now. All in all pretty good. I don't regret buying it though I am sure there are better out there.

IAm finally using this cordless heat cap and I am pleased with how user friendly it is. Heated in the microwave and palced it over my head (which had the coditioner with a plastic cap). It was easy to slide on and I felt the heat immediately. I appreciate having cordless "fuss-free" heating cap. Thank you for your creative cap.

I was worried this cap would lose heat quickly and need to be reheated several times but it holds heat very well. Stays warm the whole 30 minutes I need it for treatment. The only caution is it can feel uncomfortable on the top of your head at first as it is a little heavy and slumps down onto your head. I recommend pilling your hair at the top of your head to act as barrier between your scalp and the cap.

They need to provide the cap measurement in the description and the fact that the cap has no stretch because of the way the elastic is attached. The photo is deceiving because the elastic gives the impression that the cap stretches like a shower cap when it doesn't. The elastic was attached to the cap that has a fixed opening. Since the opening has no give, the elastic does not stretch to help the cap fit around a larger head, it is just a trim that helps keep the heat in. In order to wear this cap, I would have to jam my hair in through the small opening, and that pushing and pulling is not good for the hair and may cause it to break. I am not sure I could get all my hair in and wear the cap properly because I stopped trying when I realized how small and tight the cap opening is. I am attaching a photo close-up of the elastic in the Tiara cap, and a photo of a different cap that appears to have the elastic attached in a way that the cap opening stretches. I think I will buy that one instead. This cap is also very heavy; I didn't realize it was stuffed with gel. I now see gel is the 10th word in the header, it is not in the description and I did not read the whole header before ordering.
