Q: I have 3/4” home flex gas line. I ordered these for the connectors. Why are they too big? The radius is 1”?

3/4 inch home flex gas line has an outer diameter of 1.06 inches. The fittings you have are for 3/4 inch line.

Q: Will this fitting work with 3/4 proflex csst?

This is a propriority fitting that i believe is manufactured for Home Depot, IT WAS A MAJOR MISTAKE TO USE THESE FITTINGS!!!! THEY ARE NO GOOD!!!!!! USE TRACPIPE!!!!!! i have never had a leak with tracpipe, the homeflex fittings leaked 50/50 and are NOT REUSABLE, they have a sacrificial cork gasket that gets used and usually shredded every time you tighten the fitting since you are tightening sharp stainless steel pipe to this weak cork gasket! Tracpipe uses no gaskets just machined stainless or brass flare fittings that you can use 100 times over and never have a leak-

Q: Do i need special tools? how is this fitting installed to home-flex 19-0711100 yellow underground ips poly gas pipe (3/4, 100) ?

You can use Pipe wrenches and Crescent wrenches. I ended up getting the correct individual wrenches from Northern Tool though. To install you cut back the yellow plastic, and clamp the pipe inside the connector. You should also get a test jig to pressurize the pipe with air and make sure there are no leaks.
