This item is too cute! First thing out of the box, I notice that the chains were not attached correctly and had come loose. Others stated that they had the same issue. With some persistence, I was able to reattach them. Next came the installation in my tank. I removed the plastic piece on the back of the chest as instructed. Again, with some persistence, I was able to get it to stop floating up. I put a rock on the hose coming out of the back of the chest, wedged it between some larger rocks and said a quick prayer. As long as my lobster leaves it alone, it should stay put. Finally, I turned on the bubbler and tried different settings to get the chest to open and close. I have it turned up on the highest settings and the chest intermittently opens and closes. I guess that’s the best it will be.Overall this is a good product for the money. It functions as described. It was a fairly easy to install. It is a cute addition to my pirate themed fish tank.

Looks cool but can’t get it to sit right, chain broke on install and I fixed that but since it’s been in the tank the lid is about to come off.

Worked for about 2 minutes then the lid stopped opening.

This is a really light decoration. The whole entire chest floats to the top, and I have to weight the air hose down with a big rock. It doesn't open and close, even with adjusting the bubbler way down. It just stays open, but that doesn't bother me. It does look really cute in my tank, and the diver floats up and looks cool. I just wish it stayed down on the bottom and didn't need to be weighed down because it takes away from the overall look.
