Been on a crumpet craze lately so I bought these to make it easier. Works wonderfully! Just butter the inside of the ring and cook the batter for 4-5 minutes. After that, the crumpets detach from the ring easily. You may need to jiggle it around a bit but it will come off. Love these! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic tool for uniform crumpets and pancakes. Very easy to use. Strongly recommend applying non-stick spray, oil or butter to the inside surface before pouring your batter.

I like the fact that they are stainless steel rather than aluminum or other metal that might rust or get pitted. I also appreciate the pastry brush that was enclosed with the rings. They are a nice addition to my kitchen tools.

Stackable, and perfect large size. I make a “Yard House” California roll with them. A huge hit!

These are good for making crumpets just about the right size, very easy to flip on reflection they would be better if they were nonstick

These worked to keep muffin dough in shape while they cook. I use them in a cast iron skillet with a lid, to "bake" the muffins. I wipe the inside of the rings with olive oil so the come off easy and fairly clean.
