I don't follow the directions as stated. Hate blow drying. I wash my hair w the clarifying shampoo. Air dry. Apply biotex which burns your eyes a bit so ventilate. The smell disapates after a bit. Air dry. I end up sleeping w it in my hair and next morning follow the flat ironing instructions. The results last about 3 months even though I color my hair every 3 weeks.
