Q: How many actual flower picks (1 unit) come in the 3 pack? Description says 12 flowers

There are 4 flowers per stem (unit) and you get 3 separate units in the pack. Each unit has the solar collector, metal stem, and 4 flowers.

Q: Do these not come with a pole and stake? The stem looks like it should attach to a ground stake but none came with it.

I’ve ordered 4 sets of these beautiful lights and every set came with poles and spikes. You might contact customer services at Amazon about your problem.

Q: Can the flowers be pulled apart slightly?

I did not pull apart. I don't think you can, but they do bend.
