The weight is accurate. Don’t have any complaints about the quality/they seem built well enough.

A good affordable change plate set
It is what it is. A change weight. That’s really about it. The actual weight is accurate to within a few ounces. I’m happy with them. For reference I use a rogue Ohio bar mostly. And an ez curl bar. Fits both as expected. 4 stars because I almost never give 5. Always room for improvement. But that’s just me.

Nice product to maximize strength near max lift.
Nice to have these when gradually trying to get stronger. 2.5s each side (5 lbs) is a big jump when you are near your max. I recommend these.
