Love this.* closure is much easer/better than "zips" like platy.* size is perfect for many bags* quick-connect lets me swap hoses easilyUse this mostly for rucks and trail runs. My most common setup is to put it behind a hill people gear SAR kit bag -- I have a line between the grimlocks, and I fold the clousre over that line before sealing it. Since the chest bag is a much shorter length, I've used a custom spliced line with a mix of Manzma and Source components to make a second drinking tube of shorter length. When running in fanny pack or backpack, just use quick connect to swap to the full-length drinking tube again.Only possible upgrade would be an insulated drinking hose, but perfer low cost to having that upgrade out of the box.

Worked very well for my Mt Whitney hike. Fit right in my backpack.

Honestly really liked this thing while it was operational. It fit perfectly in the lumbar pocket of my adventure moto jacket and was easy to use without taking my helmet off. Unfortunately it only made it a few rides before I took a spill in some sand and the bladder burst at the seams of the valve. I would buy a replacement bladder if I could but can't find one for sale, only the hose, which makes me a little sad.Overall it was good, I'm just a little rough on my gear.

I cant say enough good things about these products and the company's customer support.I long-distance hike, I ruck (think US Military backpack), I run distance, and I day hike. I also volunteer for back country search and rescue. I have about 6 different types of packs and I have a Mazama in each one. 3Ltr for my long hike packs.2ltr for my day hike pack, rucksack, and rescue packs.and 1ltr for my running pack.I have only ever had 1 issue and Masama replaced my bladder right away.the seal is fantastic. The opening makes its SUPER easy to clean. and the handle makes its easy to fill. you will NEVER not know your water bladder is not closed, no leaking and no having to refeed your line back through your pack.I tossed all my Camel bladdes, even tossed my husbands in his Actual Army pack and replaced it with a Mazma.Worth every penny.

I hike with my Malinois and he has his own pack. I got one of these and it fits perfect in his pack! The tube sneaks out of one side of his pack and I hook it to magnetic piece that’s now attached to a draw string. The cover and lock on the mouth piece is great so it stays clean when he goes through a bush. On shorter hikes we both drink out of this reservoir and on longer hikes I’ll take mind as well. For my dog to drink, I just need to hold the mouth niece closer to the ground so gravity helps the water flow. It’s great!

Pensé que no iba a entrar en mi riñonera, pero se ajusto perfectamente, ya la he usado para mis caminatas y es excepcional fácil de poner y fácil de usar, tal vez el único defecto es el imán que suelta la manguera si la mano la rosa, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar con otro ganchito.Super recomendado.

Well made. Hose and mouth piece system are quality. Love the bite valve cover to protect from dust. Easy to fill!

Nice product, just what I needed. Best part of the experience, though, was the customer service when the reservoir developed an odd problem early in my use. Contacted Mazama customer service and within 24hrs they had shipped a replacement - no drama, no friction - I really appreciated how easy they made the process.
