I purchased this and had to return it twice. The first delivery arrived with the key and Allen wrench missing in the box. Replacement was sent quickly, which I appreciated. However, after installing the replacement, I noticed a loud whistling sound while driving — the bottom slot has no rubber strip to close it. You need to buy that separately, and that’s risky because it might not fit properly. Because of this, I decided to return it again. Refund was fast, but overall not a smooth experience and the design isn’t practical without the rubber strip included.

Took me only minutes to put on. Bad thing is it states can be used on flush side rails. When product arrived packaging stated only for side rails with spacing. So installed anyways. They seem to be holding up pretty good. I drive on the freeway daily and they are not budging (even tho I have flush side rails). I have not put my cargo bag on yet to see if it holds. So for cars with flush side rails not the best option. I don’t use them to often so it was to much of a hassle to send back. As for the wind noise I would say a little extra but I play my music loud so don’t really hear it. All in all good product and quality for the price.

This is a decent product for the price. Easy to install. Fits well on my 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander.
