Great vegan range from Amazon!
I used to enjoy Richmond‘s vegan bacon and this one taste the same. More affordable than Richmond range. 👍

Better than expected
I didn't expect much after reading the other review of this product that claims it to taste fake and a lil sticky, whilst I get where this person was coming from it is a vegan meat alternative and it might only be perceived as sticky taking out of packet not after cooked. Also compared to a lot of other "vegan bacon" I've tried this is decent, not as good as Richmond vegan bacon, vivera bacon pieces or this isn't bacon brands, it's the next best... I've tadted some awful ones but this was an okay attempt from a budget amazon brand

Tasted good at first… second time I made them I got a bit of a tummy ache & felt a bit sick. Prob wouldn’t buy again but def worth a try.

Best Plant Based Bacon out there!
Seriously impressed with it. We have tried all the vegan brands out there, and this one is by far our favourite. Please never discontinue it. We are obsessed with it!

Tasteless
I confess I have not eaten real bacon made from dead pigs in 50+ years, so I cannot vouch for whether or not this tastes like bacon.But as a foodstuff, it is tasteless. It has all the charm and mouth-feel of wet cardboard. It does not get crisp, it just gets HARD.Having tasted about every brand out there, I wish we could still get Morningstar Farms in the UK as it was excellent. Of UK brands, Vivera bacon pieces/lardons are the only ones I would repeat purchase. The Amazon brand at least has the merit of being cheap-ish compared to big brands like Richmond, This Is Not and Plant Pioneers.Swing and a miss

Broke into pieces trying to separate the slices….
It was impossible to separate the slices. They just crumbled no matter what I did, also the taste was awful. There was a lingering bitter aftertaste and I tried a few times to cook it and eat it but didn’t go any better any time. I’ve tried other leading brands This Isn’t Bacon and Richmond both of which are very good but this one unfortunately I won’t be buying again.
