It broke after 5 months.
Hardly used. Couple of times a week. And I put it on and it just would t move made an awful noise. They haven’t responded to my emails either.

Sadly disappointed.
This came brilliantly packaged. I have tried the Chi part and that all seems fine but the vibration and infra red are not effective. There is no heat at all from the lights and it looks like it is literally a red light or mine is faulty. The vibration is ok but it didn’t feel like reflexology. I would not buy this again or recommend it to anyone.
