I purchased this CV axle and it arrived on my door steep July 21. I installed it maybe a week later and had licensed ASE machanics hired by the military to walk me through the steps and insure it is installed right. I am also an aircraft mechanic and would like to say I am mechanically inclined. I bought two of them and one came with the case opened and grease all over the bag. but most of the grease was still in the case. should of seen the first problem there. 4 months later and the CV axle broke. Driving down the street and the axle snapped at the wheel hub. For a brand new cv axle, its way to soon for it to be breaking. at least give me a year, or 4 off-road trips. Gave me nothing but a couple trips to work witch is only a 10 mile trip during the work week. FYI, I am stationed in anchorage, Alaska. The weather is pretty harsh in November. It snowed maybe 3 times and the road had packed-in ice. I didn't use 4WD that much. so if you live in a cold area this could be a problem. I don't think the axle can hold up to cold weather. Temperature ranged from 5-45 degrees this winter. not even negative numbers yet. I a pretty sure the cv axle failed due to cold weather and horrible quality.

Installed flawlessly on my 2011 Nissan Titan. I hope it hold up. For the price you can’t beat it!Update. After a week of being installed on my truck the rubber boot failed and was leaking grease everywhere. I put in for a replacement.The replacement was installed on June 5,2019. Hopefully this one lasts.
