I have used multiple AC vent mounted chargers. Here are two things that very good about this mount. 1. Steadiness / No vibration - Unlike other mounts, this doesnt vibrate crazy with the heavy weight of iPhones. Its pretty strong with the 17 Pro but has slight movement with the 17 Pro Max. 2. Magnet Strength - It is strong! I have a ESR clear case and I need to pry the phone away from this charger!! What I Like: * There are 2 USB-C Port on the 12v connection. It helps to have the passenger charge their phone too! * The nice LED light, very helpful in the night time to locate the charger to put the phone on! * Charges both 17 Pro and Pro Max without any hassle. What I dont like * Wish the USB-C cable was little longer. Now it is possible the price will go up because of that, understandable. But for some vehicles manufacturers start moving the cig lighter socket to different locations far from the AC vent!! Also because it is small, its not that easy to hide the wire! * The clip that you hook on with is sooo tight and handle is small! I understand this is the reason why the hold is strong and stable. But atleast the handle could be tad longer or fatter. I can see folks with weaker hands (like me) finding it difficult to put this on to the vent!

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this. It FEELS super sturdy, great quality and has a strong magnet. I will update this as times goes on, but so far I am pleased with the quality and it is exactly what I wanted.

I almost gave this five stars because, functionally, it’s great—especially now that I’ve fixed it. The magnet is strong and has never dropped my phone. It keeps my phone charged all day while I’m doing deliveries, and it’s easy to take my phone on and off. It’s also adjustable to get the perfect viewing angle, though I do have to tilt it back up slightly maybe once a week. My only real complaint is that the piece where the ball joint screws into the main body broke within a few weeks of buying it. I superglued it back together, and it’s been perfect ever since (well over a year of almost daily use). If this were made as a single piece of plastic instead of being screwed together, that issue wouldn’t exist. Honestly, if you superglue that joint out of the box, you’ve got a near-perfect magnetic phone mount that keeps your phone charged reliably.

My car is older and is not have Bluetooth compatible. This mount gives me phone access and charges beautifully. I live on a dirt road and the rough bumps do not effect the magnet, my phone is secure.

I recently purchased this Magsafe wireless charger along with a Magsafe-compatible case for my Galaxy S24 Ultra, primarily for use while Doordashing. Let me tell you, it's been a fantastic addition! Before, I was constantly struggling to find a safe and convenient place for my phone – either balancing it on the dashboard or awkwardly in my lap. This Magsafe charger has completely eliminated that hassle. The magnetic connection is strong and reliable, allowing me to easily attach and detach my phone with one hand, which is crucial when I'm hopping in and out of the car. The charging speed is decent, keeping my phone powered throughout my shifts. It's not the absolute fastest wireless charging I've seen, but it's more than adequate for my needs. Plus, the charger itself isn't bulky, so it doesn't take up too much space in my car. Overall, this Magsafe wireless charger has made my Doordashing experience significantly easier and safer. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable wireless charging solution, especially if you need quick access to your phone while driving. Just remember you will need a Magsafe compatible case for your galaxy s24 ultra to make it work!

ESR is a really solid company. You can tell by their packaging, the brochures, and their build quality. Unboxing was a pleasure and everything was secure. Think something between like Anker and just below Apple. The brochures advertising the features and the instructions showcase good graphic design. The build quality of the product itself is excellent. The cable it comes with is ESR branded with a barcode attachment and not just some aftermarket or generic cable. Goes to show they probably sell high quality cables themselves. It’s usb a male to usb c which is fast becoming the standard. It came with both a car vent attachment and a genuine 3m high temp tape stand which is my preference as I do not want to risk damaging my car vents and it gives me more options to mount on my console. It does not come with a car adapter which I already have but they recommend a 9v/2a or 12v/2a car adapter to ensure you get fast charge. The cryoboost is essentially a fan that keeps your phone cool which will save your battery long term. The magnet is solid and works with my rhinoshield case on my MagSafe iPhone. I love it.

EDITED: Extremely overpriced for something that doesn’t actually work as advertised. Bought two and forgot to return them as I wanted to test them out and see how much better they’d be than just a plain MagSafe charger in the car and now I’m stuck with $200 worth of chargers that are barely worth $20. Why? These don’t actually charge any faster than an original Apple MagSafe charger. I have a 2 hour commute every week where my phone is usually between 20-30%. The original MagSafe charger attached to the phone tucked away using wireless CarPlay, Waze, and Apple Music would charge to about 95% by the time I reached my destination. This one? Same thing. Sometimes less. The cooling function IN THEORY should charge it faster but it doesn’t. End of story. I’ve tried everything but it honestly does not make any difference whatsoever. The phone only felt cooler because it mounts to a vent with ice cold air running to the back of it. Fan or not the phone would’ve been cold either way in that location. My other issues with it? -The vent clip and stabilizer jiggles way too much. The phone only stays somewhat secure because of the certified MagSafe charger’s magnets but even those aren’t as strong as Apple’s official charger. A huge bump though and I’m sure my phone would go flying. -it can ONLY be used at 9v/3a which seriously limits what type of chargers you can use with it. I’m not sure why that’s the only combination that can be used for it but it should have had other options for different ports/chargers/etc. You’re going to be forced to use either their provided charging plug or find one that has that very specific voltage/current specs. -the gaudy blue lights. I’m sure it’d look very cool to children but it looks terrible in an unassuming interior especially when you consider the dang charger included with it also has the same blue lights. -the design could have been simpler and there should have been more color options. It doesn’t look bad and the grey is a fairly neutral choice but in an interior that’s all black it sticks out way too much especially with the white magnet pads. I don’t know if that was an Apple requirement or not but I’ve seen other certified MagSafe chargers that didn’t have that. This could have been similar. TL;DR: Overall, I would not buy this. It’s extremely overpriced, it doesn’t actually work any better than a normal MagSafe charger from Apple, the mount leaves a lot to be desired and the design of it sticks out too much. Oh, and I forgot to mention the magnets are just okay. They don’t seem to stick quite as strong as the official Apple MagSafe charger for some reason despite having a certified one. Odd.

Not really a MagSafe charger. Very slow to charge even without case on phone. But it is nice and sturdy and holds phone well.
