System Error and heating issue
The system keeps giving an error and restarting on its own after 2-3hrs. Also Everything else is perfect about this laptop but it has a heating issue and the processor fan makes alot of noise for heavy work.

Facing challenges with battery and charger
Can't getting charge Full and I believed in Amazon and hp for the safety things but now I am too disappointed that my new laptop is not getting charge atleast I have to plug it in for 12 hours then only it's giving me upto 30%battery . Can't expect this things from any one not specially from Amazon and hp.A very disappointing product even they close the returning window very soon .
