Exceeded my expectations!!
1st I must say approx 4 years ago there were some problems with leakage & even breakage. No fear! The packaging was FANTASTIC & the product is as well! I basted my my TG turkey inside as well as outside with this product...the most tender, moist & flavorful I ever made! I've roasted MANY-I'm NOT a YOUNG TURKEY! NO Gmey or old flavor or smell at all. It was like applying room temp butter but it roasted beautifully without burning.Also good in potatoes, cornbread ,& biscuits. Be brave & be delighted!

Very good quality product
the packaging is smart and I think it minimizes the chance if breaking the glass. the fat itself is tasty and I love the fact that even in the fridge it maintains its soft texture. I don't cook with it. I just eat it raw and I love it. Well done. Hope the quality continues to be the same

Made delicious roasted potatoes
Used this for some oven roasted potatoes and they came out very flavorful and crispy. The fat is liquid at room temperature so it’s easy to pour into the pan. We will use this for many dishes.

Great duck fat
There was a bit of mix up in delivery ( sent by USPS) and I thought it was lost. I wrote the company and they offered to replace it right away. Soon after that reply, it came in the mail. I was very pleased they were going to replace it no questions asked.The consistency and the flavor is exactly same as if I strained the fat after roasting a duck. But for the price, you do get a lot of fat in this jar. Much easier than doing it myself. Highly recommend this product and the company.
