Is this TSA approved?

Very much so !! I recently used my new nappy for an 8 day Caribbean trip, it was ultra light on my back, it has multiple compartment and steady. I took advantage of every space provided. TSA approved !!!

Can this hold a 15.6 in laptop? In the photos, only the purple one indicates it can hold a laptop of that size. All of the other colors show 14”

Does this have a waist belt?

It doesn't have a waist belt. It does have a chest belt.

How many outfits and clothes can i fit? is it possible to fit a weeks worth of clothes? if i’m flying alligent will this be okay?

It’s possible but it will be tight . You have to use a packing cube it will be hard to fit shoes as well . This bag does not expand.
