I bought these because it said cumin, but there is a difference in health benefits between black seed and black cumin, which these are not.

Seems to really help
I had read a study where participants were given nigella sativa powder capsules and it improved cholesterol and BMI. I wanted to use the same form used in the study, so I got these powdered capsules. I don't know if it's placebo effect, but I when I forgot to take them for a few days I felt kind of sluggish. They seem to give me energy and put me in a better mood/be less anxious. This isn't the initial reason I started taking them, but it's great!
