Very nice item well packaged.
Super nice item. Heavy brass. Came in a velveteen bag and a presentation box. Has a solid clip so you could put it on a zipper or key ring. My very outdoors grandson loves it.

Well made; aesthetically very pleasing.
My university graduate work was in Art Metals, essentially the discipline that teaches how to make jewelry and similar objects, so I appreciate the craftsmanship in this piece. I bought this item because part of my professional life was working as a field herpetologist in a locale where there are several different species of rattlesnakes, and I had the opportunity to handle many of them. The advertising photos convinced me that this artist knew something about rattlesnakes, too. This pendant is remarkable for its similarity to the real thing. Of course, it doesn't work exactly like a real rattlesnake rattle, but you can get a similar noise if you shake it right. I liked the accuracy in morphology the artist created in all aspects of this piece, to include the scale pattern on the copper drop loop, to the nicely executed spinal vertebrae. I was not expecting the extras: leather cordage, brass split ring, fabric pouch, etc. Overall, this gets a ten star rating.

I got this to mess with when I'm anxious because I have an issue with skin picking and it has been helping a lot to redirect. I think it is high quality and will last a long time. I really like being able to move each segment and looking like a rattle snake rattler and being black matches my style perfectly. I highly recommend if you want something to fidget with or if you just want something interesting to wear.
