First let me say that it took my a long time to pull the trigger on this bag. I am a Construction Manager and Account VP. I travel though airports, in various vehicles, and to a variety of locations for meetings ( Construction sites, Board rooms, Restaurants, and Hotels ). I wanted a bag that was professional, durable, multi-functional, and one that fit my personality CCW. I don't throw money around just to find out what I like. This bag more than fit the bill. It is gives the sturdy durable feel of an Army ruck sack, but the material feels soft, pliable, and comfortable, not stiff and abrasive like a ruck sack. One outside feature I love is the shoulder strap. Go ahead laugh, but if you have ever carried you briefcase/ bag through an airport, or chased down a cab, you will appreciate this feature. The padding has two points of rubberized material that hold it in place while you move the bag effortlessly around to access the contents of the bag. Or it lets the bag move naturally around as you walk, not allowing the pad to slip off your shoulder, causing the strap to dig into your neck or let the bag fall to the ground. Then there is the strap that spans the middle of the bag of the back. This allows you to slide the bag over the handle of your carry on bag or checked luggage and not worry about it slipping off while navigating the sea of airport travelers.This bag has so many options and compartments, I don't know where to start, and I have found them all to be functional and useful. I carry a laptop, external hard drive, camera, leather portfolio, business cards, construction calculator, gloves, stocking cap, and an assortment of pens, pencils and other necessities and still have room for my CCW and multiple magazines. Also the molle straps on the outside are tight to the bag and don't scream want-a-be Black Ops guy. I use them to carry my hard hat when I don't need it on my head.In short this bag has exceeded my expectations at every turn. I hope that you find this review helpful. Excellent bag! Very useful. Very well made. I use it for travel when I don't have to haul my work 15 inch MacBook Pro laptop around. I was looking for something smaller that fits under airplane seats: this bag easily fits under MD 80 aisle and window seats which can be too small for a full size laptop bag. As far as size goes, it does fit my 13 inch MacBook Air perfectly. Plenty of room for a cell phone, a Kindle, energy bars, emergency essentials, and whatever. Others have commented negatively about the velcro and molle around the bag. I love them. Because the water bottle pockets on the sides are narrow and limit your bottle choices, I've attached two 5.11 H2O carriers on the sides and it looks like they are designed to go on this bag. I've also attached two Maxpedition TC-3 pouches on the front flap for eye glasses and stuff. With these attachments, I've never been accused of carrying a man-purse. Perfect bag for a light-weight go-bag when you realistically can't haul all your go-bag stuff with you, like when traveling by air. Lots of padding for protection of your stuff. Lots of interior pockets. The concealed carry pocket on the back is also very well designed: plenty of room for my 1911 and allows quick access. Others have commented negatively about the velcro on the inside of the concealed carry pocket. I agreed at first, but after using the bag for awhile, 5.11 did the right thing by including the velcro: if the zipper is open and you trip, or something, the weapon will be secure. I highly recommend this bag.

Espetacular !!! 5.11 de verdad sorprende con sus productos. A primera vista uno puede pensar que es una burrada de plata en una bolsa como esta. Pero … cuando llegue en sus manos, no quiere otro fabricante ! Tengo muchos productos de 5.11 y no me arrepiento de ninguno ! Ultra recomendado !

Es el tamaño perfecto para el día a día, me cabe todo lo que necesito y queda algo de hueco.Incluso puedo colarle mi portástil de 14 pulgadas sin que resulte incómodo llevarla.El tejido parece bastante rígido y resistente, y por reseñas que he visto de medio y largo plazo, tarda mucho en deteriorarse. Desde que la compré ya me ha pillado la lluvia un par de veces y no he tenido problemas.Respecto al precio, puede parecer cara a primera vista (a mí no me lo parece) pero teniendo en cuenta lo que otras marcas de moda cobran por sus bolsos, que no dejan de ser trastos cero versátiles, aquí nos estamos llevando una ganga en relación calidad precio.No solo la volvería a comprar sino que también estoy pensando en comprar el modelo mediano o grande en caso de que en algún momento necesite llevar más cosas encima.
