This is, without a doubt, the best body oil I have ever tried! The scent is simply divine—it transports me straight to the beaches of French Polynesia with the delicate, intoxicating aroma of tiare flowers. The texture absorbs beautifully, leaving my skin deeply hydrated and glowing without feeling greasy. If you’re looking for a body oil that nourishes your skin and smells like a tropical paradise, this is the one! ;)

This is a delightful product, coconut oil with tiare and perfume. There’s an actual flower in the container. This is a deeply scented product and the fragrance lasts a long time. I happen to love the scent so that’s a good thing. At room temperature in my house, at least in October, this product is completely solid although ‘squeezable’ from the container. It still works fine, just a heads up to people in northern climates. It’s great for hair or skin. Made in Tahiti.

Being from Hawai’i, a bottle of Monoï is a must in most households. Now being in the mainland, it’s harder to come by, and I’ve missed the scent and feel of this oil on my skin. So happy to have some in my cabinet again, and just in time for this summer heat and days on the sand, can’t wait to be golden tan again! The scent is amazing, deliciously sweet Gardenia (Tiare) and a hint of coconut. This isn’t necessarily an every day moisturizing oil, unless you like to be extremely oily, this is definitely more of a tanning oil, but it is moisturizing thanks to the coconut oil, and your skin will feel soft and luxurious for a couple of days. Not sure how, but packaging might’ve been a bit better, mostly cause I think at some point the bottles experienced some pressure during shipping and one of them leaked a bit, not terribly, but there was definitely oil loose in the packaging. Also, my dogs love this oil too! I pour a very little amount in my hands and rub into their fur (very little! too much and they end up oily), it’s like a little massage for them and their fur ends up really soft and they smell so good! Worth the buy for a little taste of home!

I have used this Monio Tahitian oil for more than Four generation. Don't try to do the math on how old I could be , but kets just say , it came in a metal can when I started using it . I lived the smell of the native flowers . It brought the overwhelming snell of other brands that seemed everyone else wore.I am an islander raised on the mainland but there's something about this that just brings the island to you no matter where you be layin' & tannin so my dear fans of fun in the sun I recommend byou try this and then give us your opinion. It's has so many other versatile uses too because it has coconut oil and we know how wonderful that is to start out with ! Enjoy the monoi!It's a gift from the islands .

LOVE this stuff. I add a bit to my body oil that I use after my bath or shower. The smell takes me back to my sailing days in the tropics.

The media could not be loaded. Recently I began taking a Tahitian drumming and dancing class with my teenage daughter. I was introduced to this oil through our classmates. This oil is a godsend!! I use it after my showers or before I go outside in the sun. It has HEALED my skin!! It goes on smoothly and keeps my skin moisturized!! It definitely lasts all day!! And the smell.... Heaven sent!!The only thing I would point out (And I believe the source of any negative reviews) this oil is PURE so it solidifies somewhere around 68-72 degrees. That's TOTALLY NORMAL!! I just run it under hot water for a minute in the sink or if it's for after shower, I just leave it out next to the shower while I'm showering and by the time I get out it's completely liquefied again. I highly recommend this oil!! My skin.... Like touching a cloud!! (Oh and I have no science to back this up....but my stretch marks....on my stomach and the backs of my legs....healing....is it this?!? I haven't introduced ANY other changes to my routine....Maybe?! I'm HUGE into the healing power of plants, maybe the Tiare flower is good for stretch marks?! I have much research to do and will update my review once I have any info on this theory. Any which way....it's not a listed benefit, but it's absolutely something I've noticed on myself!!)🫶🏽🌺 @Magic__Sage
