Favourite bedtime yoto!
This is literally the favourite yoto bedtime meditation. It's part of our bedtime routine, it's relaxing and it does what it says on the tin.

Helps daughter relax before bed
3 year old daughter loves this before bed, really relaxes her. I do wish there was maybe a few more mediation stories rather than one though.

For gifts! Great listening for my grandson - loves it.

Not appropriate
As a child therapist I value meditations and bought this for our 6 year old. However I found it not a very child friendly meditation and was disappointed when we listened to it at bedtime together. I would not recommend.

Nothing magical about this and not appropriate for children as too abstract had to return it
