I noticed a slight vibration on idle, which became pronounced when I turned on the AC. There was an oil leak on the plugs due to the seal on the valve cover going bad. I had to change the valve covers (Left, right), and plug these in; the car runs smooth. Will update in a couple of months if there's any change in the performance.

The truck starts quickly, idles smoother, and the throttle response feels more consistent than it did with the worn factory plugs.
