Glutathione is normally made by our bodies but the production of the powerful antioxidant lessens with stress, aging, toxins, etc It is effective to boost the immune system, and is the secret to prevent aging, heart disease, cancer, dementia and more. I bought this supplement primarily for my 94 year old mother who cannot take pills. My husband and I are both in our late 60's. So I think ti will also benefit us. I add this Glutathione to our daily "health" drinks so that we all get it without pills. I love the BulkSuplemtents products because I don't have to add more pills to our regimen, and we can take the dose that we need. There is also not the added ingredients of capsules that we pay for, but are not generally good for our health. I also like that these supplements are pure with no additives. Can I say for a fact that this supplement has provided any immediate, noticeable results? Of course not! Can I say that it prevented me from getting cancer, heart disease, or dementia? Well, no!! I can tell you that I do a lot of research on supplements, and this is one that is very important to our physical and mental health as we age. Since I know our bodies need this, I would rather supplement it than wait to see which of the physical or mental health problems I get because my body can't produce enough. Since my mother already has dementia, the superior antioxidants provided by this supplement should help with the inflammation that is already in her brain.

We always gave Dad Glutathione but started to add to our diet. However, we are tired of sooo many capsules, etc. Bulk Supplements Glutathione powder has no fillers or anything else. Very cost efficient for this powder compared to capsules. Some complain about the taste. We found no problem with taste, similar to Vitamin C in taste. We take two 1/5 tsp in about 1/2 cup of water, 2x per day. In AM gives a bit of boost of energy, at Night sleeping longer without getting up in middle of night. Good product but Supplier needs to provide scoop for proper dosing.

I love Glutathione- the ways that it treats my skin n my health My mom is a doctor. Last month, I was allergic to cat hair so bad n my skin itches, red spots appeared. Then she gave me 30caps Gluta. I used it to keep my skin softer n grow up really well. I took once daily for a month. It helped to reduce pimple, acne,... I can see my scar lightly gone But a box of Gluta which they sell is expensive. I looked for some good news around n I found this product- cheap n 100% Gluta- I really appreciate that! I gave 4 stars cuz I just got the stuff for couple hours ago- I know it's good but I still wanna use it for a while - u might rate it then !

Sorry if this is long-winded, but I just want to share & if someone is in a similar boat they can relate. I discovered 15 years that i have MTHFR the C677T - the normal gene is C677C the mutated is C677T which means the C-Cystosine and the T- Thiamine impairs function. After 15 cycles of failed IVF cycles , doctors were baffled why treatment would not work. At that time I knew very little about it. Decided to spend alot of money$$$ researching this topic and buying the suplements that went with it. NOTHING WORKED!!! In a NUTSHELL.. I don`t methylate properly, toxins just build up. You need Gluthathione to methylate. What is inside our cells? Magnesium and potassium – and glutathione. If any of these are deficient, then the cell does not function properly. Many people with MTHFR are deficient in glutathione Solution: Easiest way to increase glutathione levels is with liposomal glutathione. This allows the glutathione to ‘slip’ inside the cell with tiny liposomes. You Can do IV`s but once again at $85 a go , & you need quite alot . For me this was the best option. So decided to buy My own loose Glutathione powder. Bulk supplements quality and price is amazing. So I made my own liposome. Glutathione is best done as liposome, IV or suppository for effectiveness. I have tried capsules in the past by several companies and felt they did nothing. Maybe because they are filled with so much gelatin, titanium dioxide, talcum powder. Also the FDA is coming down hard on supplement companies, to reduce the efficacy of supplements. The only way now to to start to become your own chemist. To make your own Liposome you will need "Lecithin" powder so the 2 are emulsified together , which gets to blood stream faster. I started taking my dosage low 1 teaspoon in the morning and wow what a difference, my brain - fog went, the fatigue & heaviness,.... my energy levels ......'it has jump started my system.(also another bonus you ladies might like is the skin lightening effect it creates) not massively but wkin will look clearer and lighter, my husband noticed it. I could not pin point at first what it was but then stream lined my supplements and noticed it was the Glutathione. I do believe in the "Low & Slow " method. I`m also taking Molybdenum to "mop " up excess byproducts. ..let me know if you want my recipe, . I also stated when I make Liposome mixture I never use metal ANYTHING, like pots, spoons, ultra sonic cleaner..... i have a hard time detoxifying so trying to minimise my "metal-load" as metal vapors always get released. I use wood utensils, and glass pyrex dishes and pans. I love Bulk Supplements, cost wise it`s worth buying loose then doing your research , the possiblities are endless. You can make whatever you want. Have no fear , just knowledge. Hope you enjoyed my review from my personal experience this might not suit everyone , especially if you don`t have MTHFR.

I can honestly say my stamina has improved, with less dyspea and shortness of breath, plus I am noticing a bonus effect on my skin, including improved tone and smoothness. I have been taking about 1,500 mg (3/4 of a teaspoon) once a day and although it is quite sour and a little bitter, I mix it with a little water, drink quickly and I am done. I will continue to purchase this product: it is pure with no fillers and that is very important to me.
