Pretty good. The brightness is adequate but it isn't extremely bright. I have no trouble doing molar endo with this light and 4.25x loupes. Enough light for adequate vision in deep interproximal areas and extraction sites. For 30 bucks I guess it's worth the money. Dental companies charge ridiculous prices for very similar items,which is total robbery in my opinion.Update 12/12/18:Light has began to to flicker during use. This flickering happens when I'm being absolutely still. Also the beam really should be more focused or focusable. I would call it 'minimally adequate' for power and it's somewhat unacceptable that it flickers. Probably just a matter of time before it dies. Reducing my rating to 2 stars. Honestly, a focusable outdoor camping headlamp has MUCH more power, no cord, is cheaper, and works better as a dental head light. Don't expect much if you order this. They should up the quality a bit and tighten/brighten the beam, then they'd have a winner.

The light has to be repositioned every time you put your loops back on. A button to turn them on would be better than a dial.

So far so good. Only used one week but it seems bright enough and works well. I fitted it to my existing glasses. I'm a Dental Hygienist and this lighting is absolutely necessary!!!

This is my 5th one, they only work about a week- 2 weeks. I won’t be buying any more.

Takes a long time to recharge. For an inexpensive alternative to the very expensive light from the dental company it works well. I feel like my vision is better using the light. I am well pleased.

The wiring is poor on this product. The brightness is great, when is works which is not often. Never got a response from the company.
