I’ve been using this for a year now. Very good product. Stops ants and wipes them out. I’ve been on my second season and don’t see stray carpenter ants in my home any more. My brother asked me to spray landscape rock areas totally infested with ants. Next morning not one ant to be found. Very happy and impressed with the results

Purchased to treat carpenter ants and as a termite preventative barrier. Resolved ant issue promptly, will have to wait to see about longer term deterrent against termites. Less expensive DIY option compared to Termidor/Taurus products and seemed to work just as effectively against the carpenter ants.

Very strong we are surrounded by by woods all around our house for privacy,live in Florida,and have a wood frame house. Works great had a bug guy for at least ten years ,now retired and this works just what we needed , don’t need a bug service any more.

I really haven't used this a lot. I mixed it like the directions said and sprayed the termites that was enjoying my steps and railing. I don't see them anymore so I guess it did the job.

I use this product every 3 years to treat my wooden barn. Haven't had any termite problem.

I used it around the outside of our house. The ants slowed but were still around. Knowing they hatch and try to repopulate in a couple of weeks, I sprayed once again. The results are fabulous. The ants are gone.

It may be effective I don't really know yet. But as a termite barrier around a structure. 5 ounces for 1 gallon of water and 4 gallon of the mix for 10 feet ,it's not going very far. Maybe 15 feet for the 32 ounce bottle. Good to know!
