good knife
Just invested in a set of these for my Kitchen and so far I am very happy with them all, I lost my husband last year and he was the one that always kept our knives good and sharp. I was now the one to try to keep them sharp but found I was blunting them so much that they were dangerous to use, I realised that I had indeed made them blunt as the sharpener he used was left handed for his use and I was right handed !! So this is the reason I purchaced these, I no longer have the problem of keeping then in a sharp condition and as I am disabled and elderly they are a safer option and I do recomend them all in this range...

A too tight fit
Tremendously dfficult to take out of shield. I ended up breaking it to release knife. Knife is fine, easy to use and looks good. Trouble is I bought it so that the sheild would keep it sharp. Now sheild is useless.Very disappointed.
