I have been using this once a day in the morning and it keeps the urinary tract free of any bacteria!

Its cranberry
Seems to be exactly what it says it is, as far as cranberry goes its hard to feel an effect so i can only assume its working.

Good Supplement!
I did feel improved kidney function taking this Vitadirect Cranberry Supplement. It took a few weeks. My creatnine score lowered from 1.4 to 1.2 which is in the normal range. I was skeptical this pill would do much but I'm glad to admit I was wrong. I will add, this can promote diarrhea if you take too much so follow directions. The price is reasonable too. 5 stars.
