Good cosplay weapon
I got this katana as I needed it for my costume for Halloween and I will say the quality is surprising for the price though the sturdiness of the actual item is questionable at times. The hilt of the katana is shaking a little and the sheathe does not fit the sword perfectly. That is the faults that I could find but display wise its a good looking piece and as it is wood I do not have to clean it as I would have to do for a metal katana. I would recommend this product if the person is simply looking for a cosplay weapon or just to display it.

Assembly Required
You have to assemble it yourself which is pretty easy in itself. Really flimsy, if it’s used as decorative it’s fine but if your 8 year old is going to run with it and wack stuff, like mine. It’ll last you a couple of months.

Great gift for an older kid.
The perfect gift for my 9 year old son. It arrived in great condition. My son loves it and has not been too careful with it since getting it. It’s sturdy and beautiful. Great value for the cost. Just be aware that the sheath can scratch if it is often removed from the belt strap. I recommend a like get it something to protect it from the metallic buttons in the inside. Also, make sure you have enough room for a kid to swing this thing around. It’s long. My son hasn’t stopped wearing it since we bought it for him. He even sleeps with it at night.

My son is a huge fan of Demon Slayer and this sword is very nice quality. I highly recommend it for any fans, would be great for cosplay as well.

A little wobley
When I got this sword for my Tanjiro cosplay, it was amazing. However, the blade itself was a little Shakey. However, I would totally buy this sword again

Accurate to show
I purchased this a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, just as a display piece. It obviously is meant for cosplay, but he still loved it. Would definitely be good for cosplay as it’s lightweight and feels pretty well made. Listing photos are accurate to actual product
