Great flavor bubble tea
This brand of bubble tea has great flavor and you can really taste the quality of the Japanese Tea and New Zealand milk. Even the boba is soft!

Just Okay
I had the Oktea caffein free milk tea which was good. I like that you can add the amount of sweetness that you want for these. This particular flavor - purple sweet potato - is my favorite. I used to get it all the time in Korea. So being nostalgic I bought it for me and my sister. The sweet potato flavor is overpowered by the powdered milk. I’m just disappointed. It needs more sweet potato flavor. If like to try the brown sugar one though. It may be better. It does make a pretty descent amount compared to other kits that make only 100-150ml max. This one 250ml. Anyway minus a star for the flavor. I’m not a big fan of these white bubbles - they’re not bad. I like the brown sugar ones the best. I don’t really like other bubbles haha

My first bubble pearl milk tea
Pros: the bubble pearls are odorless and have good chewy texture. The tea is not too sweet.Cons: tea lacks of flavor

Tasty treat of Taiwan
I'm a 外國人 but lived in Taiwan for 3 years and instantly became hooked on bubble tea (which was conceived in Taichung Taiwan in the 1980s). Although I live in a cosmopolitan area in the US, a place that is a delight to foodies of many cuisines, authentic Asian cuisine somehow eludes us. The bubble tea craze has hit but the various coffee shops and pan-Asian restaurants and takeouts just don't know how to make bubble tea taste good (but they do know how to charge $5-6 per cup). This product is simple to make and tastes authentic. It's still pricey at $4/cup but I'd rather pay $4 for an authentic taste and texture than for $5 for whatever it is they're calling boba/bubble tea around here.

Gross,grainy,sad
The only thing I like about this is the boba, everything else is undeniably gross, no matter how or cold, no matter how much you mix it, very grainy and the heavy earthy notes from the potato that don't aid the texture at all.The sugar doesn't save anything .

Easy and Delicious!
This came packaged in an envelope so my box was in pretty rough shape and I didnt have much hope... But the contents were unscathed, super easy to make, and really good. I love bubble tea but have to drive 30-45min for it so this is a great at home option!

Disappointing
I was looking for an easy way to make bubble tea at home, but this was a disappointment. The pearls especially were not good. They didn’t soften up and we’re hard inside, and I wasn’t a fan of the flavor of the tea.
