The main reason I do anything like this is to share what I have learned. Was researching collagen peptides as an anti-inflammatory and Fish Oil came up. Was already taking it 1 capsule a day. But after my research I now take 4 twice a day. If you like to learn, have lost a level of clarity you once had, are a FULL TIME student, or want to avoid Alzheimer's this is a Brain Booster. The brain is 47% fat. And it's DHA. I also take 6 sunflower lecithin with 2 milk thistle because it is the conductor INSIDE every nerve / neural pathway within the body. I have a review here about that as well. Suffice it to say that it HAS changed my life, gray hair now a dark blonde to red. White beard now red. Missing body hair has re-grown. Healed / shrank prostate 1st week and lost a 100 pounds (2 years) from a fatty liver, original reason for taking. When I was 47 a neighbor asked if he could date my DAUGHTER.
