My doctor prescribed me vitamin D after a blood test she said my vitamin D level is very low so she prescribed me one that make me sleepy all day and I hated it, maybe the 50,000 IU is too much for me, so I try one at the pharmacy a D3 50 MCG 2000 IU but did worse to my body than the first one. I decide to take Hayat vitamin D 2400 IU because they say it’s vegan and let me tell you this is the best not only my body can handle it I feel different I breathe better I think better my operation for infection is now under control and my Voice got clear it’s a huge thing for me because I’m a singer thank you very much for the product I think anyone should at least try it.
