First time I used, the whole product washed dried and grind to very smooth flour, Nutritious and healthy . i love to eat it with dahi ( cooked with no salt and spices)

First time I used, the whole product washed dried and grind to very smooth flour, add this flour with wheat flour to make chapathies. Used with urdu dal to make dosa, idli. This flour reduce sugar level.

Product have a yellow coating
After 10 times of washing in cold and hot water it still has yellow colour leaving. How I can consume it ? It can be risky !! I don’t get it Why is it so ? I am upset It was my first purchase from this brand
