Not Paper but the lens is shaded like sunglasses but I had no problems seeing indoors, if your worried about your eyes being visible they won’t be.

yes, you can breathe. The mask is made of plastic and isn't sealed in any way. It's no different than your typical cheap Halloween mask

the eyes are shaded and appear black when the mask is worn
