I typically don't add reviews but seeing that I cannot return the product even though I'm within my 30 day period then it's worth adding one. When i open the box the first thing i noticed was that nozzle seemed like it was already used since there was already white stuff all over it, but I figured that wouldn't matter as long as the product itself would work. When I use the actual product the nozzle wouldn't work properly, it would get stuck and i had to manually unstuck it. The product itself did not remove the Calcium build up from the pool tiles even after following the bottles instructions.Very disappointed I gave away $30+ bucks and cannot even return it.

I bought this after some reviews in a pool group a follow.1) it took forever to get. I would have been ok with it had I known when I bought it, but my deliver date kept getting bushed back. I tried a few times to reach out but had difficulty using the app. 2) if you read the directions it says to spray on “dry” surface. Well… my scale issues are certainly in areas that are wet (tile line, waterfall) so that alone is difficult.3) really didn’t get much scale off.

We live in an area with a ton of minerals in our water. This takes care of the calcium buildup on my dark faucets without harming the finish. Spray and let sit for a couple of minutes and wipe off. It is very easy to use.

We have never found anything that cleans calcium off hot tubs or showers like this stuff. Just make sure you have good ventilation or a fan running. Very strong fumes.

I don’t see a difference, do you? In the photo, the right tile was treated, while the left tile was untreated. There is no difference. In a call with Jack’s Magic west coast supervisor, David, he said there is suppose to be foaming action. There was never a foaming action, but he asked had I shaken the product prior to use. I responded there is nothing in the directions that state to shake the solution prior to use. So I tried shaking the product and there is still no foaming action. Useless product, useless directions, from a non-caring company. Save yourself money and time - don’t purchase this snake-oil product.
